Terms of service

These terms apply when you use AI Orbit at aiorbit.site. AI Orbit is operated by NorwegianSpark SA, Org 834 984 172, Tveitagarden 4, 5357 Fjell, Norway. Contact: thomaslien@norwegianspark.com.

1. The service

AI Orbit drafts articles with Anthropic’s Claude models from a topic and settings you choose. Depending on your plan it can research the live web, plan a series, rewrite an existing article and add a licensed cover image. Drafts are generated by AI and can contain mistakes.

2. Your account

You need an account to generate articles. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can export or delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

3. Credits

4. Paid plans and renewal

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, billed by Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. A plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. At each renewal your balance is set to that plan’s monthly credits; unused monthly credits do not roll over.

5. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Stripe shows the date your plan ends before you confirm. No further payments are taken after cancellation.

6. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10 credits. Email us from the address on your account. This does not limit any rights you have under Norwegian or EU consumer law.

7. Your content

You own the articles you generate and can edit, publish and sell them. You are responsible for checking facts, sources and claims before you publish, and for making sure what you publish is legal where you publish it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use AI Orbit to:

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep AI Orbit running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice and the cookie page.

11. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
