Cancelling a subscription
You do not need to email us to cancel. Open Settings and use “Manage or cancel subscription”, which takes you to Stripe’s billing portal — cancel, switch plan, update a card, or download invoices there. Email us if anything about that goes wrong and we will do it for you.
Data protection
To request a copy of your data, an export, or deletion of your account, use the Your data section in Settings — it records the request against your account so the statutory 30-day clock is tracked. You can also email the address above.
